Epoxy Steel / 2 Ton Glue Derfoe – High Strength – 56.8g

DERFOE epoxy adhesives cure and join things together by a chemical reaction between the resin and hardener. This reaction results in HIGH STRENGTH BONDS that are resistant to most chemicals. Use DERFOE epoxy adhesives for household, industrial, crafts, or for any job that requires a high-strength, high-quality bond.

Applications:
Applicable to sealing Copper&Steel , Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Brass&Iron and Pewter

DIRECTIONS :
1.For best results: Clean, dry and thoroughly roughen surfaces to be joined or repaired.
2.Remove caps.Pierce end of tubes.Squeeze equal length of Hardener and Resin onto clean, discardable surface. Squeeze with equal pressure from bottom of tubes so that bead diameters are uniform.
3.MIX THOROUGHLY.
4.Apply to surface(s) to be repaired or joined together. When storing, clean caps and tube threads.Replace caps to original tube(color coded), or hardening may occur in tube nozzles.

Sets in 20 minutes. Item can be handled in 2 hours. Full bond strength 16 hours. NOTE:Not recommended above 121°C (approx.250°F ), if temperature is below 15°C (approx.60`F), the hardening time is considerably longer.

CAUTION! EYE AND SKIN IRRITANT.CONTAINS EPOXY RESIN AND POLYAMINE HARDENER, IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT,WIPE OFF CONTAMINATION AND WASH THOROUGHLY WITH SOAP AND WATER. IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT, FLUSH WITH WATER FOR 15 MINUTES AND GET PROMPT MEDICAL ATTENTION. IF SWALLOWED, GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION. USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
