Most frequent questions and answers

To keep our operating costs low, we do NOT have a proper shop to accommodate walk-in customers and we also do not have enough human resources to entertain walk-in customers. We have only a store/warehouse in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. So, we do not encourage customers to come to our warehouse. However, we do keep plenty of ready stock in our store/warehouse for immediate supply.

Having said so, self-collection of your order can still be arranged.

Currently, we focus mainly on online business and supplying directly to the car workshops nearby Puchong Area. This means, our products are being tested and used by professional mechanics and the quality is at an acceptable level.

Untuk memastikan kos operasi yang rendah, kami TIDAK mempunyai kedai untuk kunjungan pelanggan dan kami juga tidak mempunyai tenaga kerja yang mencukupi untuk melayan pelanggan yang datang. Kami hanya mempunyai stor/gudang di Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. Oleh itu, kami tidak menggalakkan pelanggan datang ke gudang kami. Walau bagaimanapun, kami menyimpan banyak stok siap sedia di stor/gudang kami untuk bekalan segera.

Namun demikian, pengambilan pesanan secara sendiri masih boleh diatur di Puchong Selangor.

Pada masa ini, kami memberi tumpuan terutamanya kepada perniagaan dalam talian dan membekal terus ke bengkel kereta di kawasan Puchong. Ini bermaksud, produk kami telah diuji dan digunakan oleh mekanik profesional dan kualitinya terjamin pada tahap yang boleh diterima.

Written communication is preferred for recording and tracking purposes. English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin languages are welcome in email and phone communication.

Self-collect / COD can be arranged at Puchong, Selangor only.

Buyers are advised to read and agreed on our product advertisements, including the product pricing, product descriptions, and the terms and conditions before buying.

To ensure the transaction can be carried out smoothly and efficiently, please screenshot our advertisements together with the pricing and WhatsApp them to us. So that we can know exactly what is wanted and we can check for the stock availability.

We will then get back to you with the exact COD location.

Shipping cost and transit time depending on the shipping method, shipping destination, product actual weight, and volumetric weight calculation.

To know the shipping charge for your selected product to your destination, please:

  1. Choose your products and “ADD TO CART”
  2. “ENTER SHIPPING DESTINATION” at your shopping cart and “UPDATE”

Then, you can see all the available delivery methods, their cost, and the estimated transit time.

Kos penghantaran dan masa transit bergantung pada kaedah penghantaran, destinasi penghantaran, berat sebenar produk, dan pengiraan berat volumetrik.

Untuk mengetahui caj penghantaran, sila:

We choose the reliable and cost-effective courier and shipper to ship our orders.

Please feel free to let us know the exact items and quantity needed and we will try to negotiate for a special rate with the shippers. 

Buyer to self-arrange a shipper 

Buyers are welcome to self-arrange their own shippers to collect their orders at our store if they have a better or preferred shipper. Buyers just have to pay us only the product’s price in this case and choose Self-Collect during order checkout.

We will pick a courier company that can provide reliable services but effective in cost as below:

  • Malaysia- Aramex, DHL, J&T, Pgeon, POS Laju, and etc
  • International- Aramex, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, UPS, and etc

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment. And, we will be providing you with the online tracking details.

Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we will make our best effort and take special care in packing and protect fragile items.

Buyers also can make their own preferred logistic arrangement to pick up their orders from our store.

The transit time depends on shipping destinations and shipping methods.

Transit time is indicated on the order checkout page, it can be observed beside the shipping methods. Please make sure a complete shipping address is entered in order to get the correct shipping cost.

Nevertheless, the transit time:

  • Is an APPROXIMATE / ABOUT estimation based on normal conditions, it is NOT GUARANTEED.
  • Is based on WORKING DAY, NOT include HOLIDAY
  • Does not include the time taken for customs clearance and inspection process by the authorities.
  • Do not include delays caused by mother nature, holiday season, high cargo load volume, busy port and traffic conditions, and so on.

Currently, we are not liable to be registered under the GST/SST. So, buyers have just to pay the product prices as published and outgoing freight charges if applicable.

All prices are FIXED. Discounts of 5% to 10% will be only considered for bulk purchases above 10 units for each item.

We sell mostly AFTERMARKET STANDARD replacement parts with high quality and lower price. They are NOT original by Proton or Perodua nor OEM parts unless stated otherwise.

However, these products have been sold to and used by professional car mechanics, which has been proven GOOD in QUALITY and RELIABLE.

The warranty period is stated on the product description page if there is any, which covers raw material defects and the manufacturing process defects. However, it does not cover improper product application and/or improper installation and/or improper handling.

We just sell parts only. We do NOT provide installation services. Please contact your regular experience mechanic for installation services.

  • We are FULL TIME in auto parts trading specializing in Proton and Perodua cars.
  • With more than 10 years of experience, we have the best technical knowledge and a strong support team on the products that we are dealing with.
  • We have a strong connection with the manufacturers and suppliers of the products, hence we can get the products at a low price and sell at a CHEAP price too.
  • We have many regular customers who work as professional car mechanics, who constantly providing us feedback about the quality of our products. This helps us choose only GOOD QUALITY products to be sold here.
  • We have plenty of READY STOCK in our inventory for immediate shipment.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs regulations vary by country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, and if there is any import restriction prior to buying. There is nothing worse than having your goods turned away at the border or being held up at customs.

For shipping damage, customers should file claims to their carrier immediately.

Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to us within 24 hours.

Please contact us by providing the details of the purchase and explaining the nature of the claim in order to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

The buyer shall responsible for returning shipping charges.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, 100% of the product purchase price will be refunded within 3 working days. The refund does NOT include the outgoing shipping charge.

We only entertain serious buyers with specific and meaningful questions.

International shipping has to comply with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

  • Fluids – engine oil, gear oil, brake fluid and etc are prohibited to be shipped by air.

  • Batteries – all wet batteries and maintenance-free batteries are prohibited to be shipped by air.

  • Extremely fragile items – headlamps, tail lamps, all other lamps, bulbs, side mirrors, all glass products, radiators and etc are shipped at the buyer’s own risk.

  • Large Items – bumpers, bonnet, hoods and etc will be packed with 2 layers of stretch film (no carton box or wooden box). The seller will not be responsible for any dent or scratches that happen during shipment.

For safety reasons, we temporarily stop using the Normal Air and Sea postage services and also stop accepting payment via MoneyGram and Western Union. This is because these services need to be performed over the counters where sometimes such places are crowded and the waiting time is long.
