We provide FREE delivery in areas within Puchong (Selangor, Malaysia), if your purchase amount is more than MYR 100.

Self Collect / COD

Self collect / COD can be arranged with an advance appointment.

You may come to collect your product as below:

Time: 10am – 7pm (Monday – Saturday) ; 10am – 4pm (Sunday)

Please let us know in advance before you came for product collection, so that we can pre-arrange a dispatch to meet you on time.

Shipments

  • All packages will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment. And, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
  • Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we will make our best effort and take special care in packing and protect fragile items.
  • Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

  • For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately.
  • Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to us within 24 hours.

Import Duties, Taxes and Charges (International Buyers)

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Customs regulations vary by country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, and if there is any import restriction prior to bidding or buying. There is nothing worse than having your goods turned away at the border or being held up at customs.

Returns

Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. We also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.

WHAT can be returned?

All products are returnable IF the product does not suit your application or not up to your desire or expected quality. However, all returned product should not be used and in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product original packaging.

SHIPPING COST for returns?

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

CREDIT for returns?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, 100% of the product purchased price will be refunded within 3 working days. The refund does NOT include outgoing shipping charge.

In store return option?

After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, please arrange for an appointment, then the product can be returned to:
